legacy.
Built as a steam engine factory by J.I. Case in the 1920s, this 3-building factory complex is a relic of the post-war industrialization age in Atlanta. Industrial centers like Adair Park anchored commerce and trade, growing Atlanta from a railroad town into a metropolis. The Abrams buildings are constructed in a unique 1920’s “mill” or “slow-burn” style characterized by exterior brick, heavy timber columns with cast iron supports, and large steel fire doors.
vision.
In 2019, Braden Fellman purchased the Abrams Fixtures buildings with a vision to turn a forgotten corner of Adair Park into a community destination. With an influx of new development and the Beltline, the neighborhood sets the perfect scene for such a revival.

promise.
Upon completion, Abrams Fixtures will be a reimagined version of its former self, true to its architectural and economic legacy. As these factories once ushered in a new era of economic progress and growth, their new iteration represents a rebirth of South Atlanta.
